# Can we have time segments and dates appear for the Time Tracker projects listed in the Dashboard?

I'm a contract worker for a number of companies and every day I'm required to log the number of hours/mins I've worked on a particular project.  While the "Dashboard" is great and flexible with providing "Time Tracking", it would be more efficient if it provided the date of each task and segment.  On that note, I'd be able to save a wealth of time from opening up every task and adding up the time.  Now I know there are reports that share some of this, but it doesn't show time tracking by the day!

Hi Mercury, 
Exporting the time tracking data from the project info dialog might be helpful in your situation. Just open your project and click on the "info" icon. That allows you to export the time tracked in the project by the day. I hope this helps.
