# Why do I keep losing connection and the other people don't as much?

I was zooming with some lady friends and I would lose connection.  I am the one who set it up and they were able to go one talking until I could get reconnected again.  I am using free zoom.  Does that make a difference?   I need it  at this time of " lock down" and not seeing friends and being in several groups that I want to zoom with but it is very hard to lose connection many times.

poor internet connection or slow internet speed.On the free version you only get 40 mins free then session ends
