Jeff, the Sandler Training has helped my team "get on the same page" so that we can diagnose where the process is breaking down much easier.  As a manager, it helps me quickly identify where a salesman may need additional training, or where they bypassed a critical element in the process.  It literally establishes the foundation that every sale should follow and shows "best practices" for success.
