# What does the future look like for Mailchimp?

I want to learn more about how mailchimp continuing to develop in these ever-changing times

Given the platform updated they rolled out in Fall 2020, I think it is looking very bright (see https://mailchimp.com/fall2020/). Still far from an all-in-one marketing suite as they claim, though.

While MailChimp has been focusing on email marketing for so long and gained loyalty customers (especially SMBs) I would say CRM and personalization will be the weapons (or already is) in order to complete in the marketing automation arena.

While we cannot forecast the future, I would suggest that Mailchimp's concern for large and small, rich and poor users, will set it apart for success. Further, Mailchimp offers useful help for novice users and is willing to give technical support to everyone in need. This is commendable.
