# Covid-19 lockdowns and social distancing has resulted in cancelled and postponed board meetings. Some countries have relaxed the rules of physical attendance for a limited duration. Has your country relaxed such rules?

BoardPAC has enabled the usage of video and audio conferencing in addition to the secure sharing and distribution of board agenda and material.

We believe that with this extended tool-set, board directors can continue with board meetings and make decisions where conformance for country and corporate regulations allow such to be done.

The video audio conference facilities for the board meetings are offered with free usage by BoardPAC for all existing customers of BoardPAC in response to the Covid-19 social distancing requirements while boards go on.

We also are pleased to offer the BoardPAC solution with free usage until the 31st May 2020 to boards which need to move onto a automated platform along with video audio conferences facilities to support board meetings with remote attendance.

We have observed that in India, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has relaxed  the board attendance requirement in response to Covid-19 social distancing.
