SAP Business One provides a light manufacturing solution however more fully featured manufacturing solutions are available thst extend the functionality in to discrete and process manufacturing businesses.

You'll find the more advanced mfg capabilities in those solutions such as beAS, ProcessForce and BatchMaster to name a few
