# What is the best way to ensure Akken is running properly?

Sometimes data does not transfer over. Why is this?

I am not sure what data you are referring to exactly.  If you are referring to entering an address or something in CRM and it is not transferring to HRM, if it is only happening with specific people it could be that one of the boxes is not checked in their preferences.   Sometimes if 2 people apply with the same email address, it saves everything under the 1st email address and nothing under the 2nd email address.  I hope this helps!
