# Does this change user behaviour after being implemented?

I would love to know if any organisations have noticed a significant shift in the amount of issues experienced, since implementing SAT? Has it been well received by the staff?

Yes, we see a 70% reduction in successful attempts within 6 months of introducing regular training/testing.  Both testing results and malware remediation service tickets track to this percentage reduction, and it is across a range of industries (Construction/Trades has been a little less).
