# How has Qarrot effected your work environment?

I feel that Qarrot has effected my work environment very positively and I know work productivity seems to be up because of it and was just looking to find out if other users have had the same type of impact.

I believe Qarrot has made it a more friendly, focused and challenging experience, in the sense that you want to be more productive and competitive in the work place.  It has also made our companies teamwork more enjoyable.  Thank you

The most impact has been on team building, appreciation for fellow co-workers, showing respect to each other for their accomplishments. I am not sure if it has an impact on their productivity.
