# Will there be a mobile client of application for phones?

While call centers are normally redistricted for only desk phones, we would like to recommend or suggest that there should be a proper application for users using other devices if they are not available at the desk, or on the go for travel. Our manager would be able to help adjust hours or perhaps monitor users if they are not on the facility for work. This also benefits everyone, especially when external factors can come into play where if there is a situation where if users are unable to come in, they can use the application to work from home with their work laptop, ect. In recent times, I feel that it would benefit everyone when at the moment anything can arise.

If I am understanding the question correctly, NICE inContact has been an excellent solution for just this situation. As a cloud based phone system we have been able to completely eliminate the need for a traditional desktop phone in our call center and all of our calls our taken through our computers using headsets which means that staff can go remote using company laptops at anytime as long as they have a reliable internet connection. Our supervisors are able to monitor their calls and productivity as if they were all in the same room and can offer them the assistance they need.
