# currenlty there is no plugin for getting Hbase metrics using TICK stack, kindly have a look on it so that influx can be more useful.

This question is related to APM , earlier i was using ELK APM for monitoring and alerting purpose for my infra but there was limitation and then i switched to influx APM , here i got every metrics except hadoop and hbase .

So you guys can work on it.

You may be able to use the Jolokia2 plugin with Telegraf to do this: 

https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/tree/master/plugins/inputs/jolokia2

There is an example of doing this with HDFS at:

https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/blob/master/plugins/inputs/jolokia2/examples/hadoop-hdfs.conf
