Hi,  I learned the SPSS Modeler software in a class for my Master's in Learning Analytics a couple of years ago.  I also work at the same university.  Unfortunately, it was difficult to find online resources and/or people that could help at the time.  I found that IBM had the most helpful information on their website.  My classmates and I used the IBM website as guidance and some help from out professor and the rest was learning on our own through trial and error.  This software is a very powerful and awesome tool and once you learn it well, there is so much that can be done.  I have included a link to the IBM Knowledge Center site for additional information.
