# How to do hanging indent on Google Docs?

Put your cursor in the line/paragraph you want to indent and go to Format &gt; Align &amp; Indent &gt; Indentation options. Under &quot;Special,&quot; select &quot;Hanging.&quot; Press the blue Apply button to save your changes.
