# Why PayPal refuses to deal with Payoneer?

I want to link my Payoneer account to PayPal but it's always rejected why?

I honestly have not used payoneer but I know that paypal's customer service use to be awesome. Now I've been trying to get them on the phone for a month now so to be honest. I'm not too happy with them either at this point. These are serious inquiries or issues we have that can not be awnsered by an automated system. I'm livid about the situation. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
