# Is there a way to be able to run a report when there is a personnel management of change to know exactly what the former employee touched as far as documents capa action items etc?

The key to the platform for reporting with in each application is the use of views.  You can configure views to show the originator or current assignee for each record.  You can filter easy for the employee in question. Or you can export to excel and merge data with your HR report of list of former employees.  We have a 3rd party analytic tool that pulls data from ETQ and our HR systems for other like queries.
