That is such a great question! While our standard WooCommerce integration covers the essentials like abandoned carts and purchase history, using the API for custom events allows you to track very specific behaviors, such as when a customer views a certain category or interacts with a unique element on your site. By sending these data points to Mailchimp as Custom Events, you can trigger high-precision automated journeys that feel incredibly relevant to your customers' unique shopping habits. It definitely takes your automation strategy to the next level!

WooCommerce is a free and open-source e-commerce platform that allows you to sell anything, anywhere. Customers, orders, items, and promo codes can all be synced between your WooCommerce store and Mailchimp, allowing you to tailor your marketing and sell more products.
