# Can we have better release notes for automationanywhere

we need to have better release notes for the issues that we face, for instance
Installation , 
In installation we need to have better installation notes for Enterprise installation
Another example is to find how to implement queues : Queue structure implementation can be provided with better
Arrays can be improved a lot , we are unable to use arrays to populate them at runtime
We need to have queues at runtime as well in debug mode, the only issue that we can get them at BOT runner but we can not get them in BOT creator

Automation Anywhere is using -

1. Abbyy Document Classifications service for their Intelligent Document classification product

2. Abbyy, Google Vision & many other OCRs for their invoice data capture product

3. Microsoft Forms Recognition got standard forms extraction 

Any one has views on the accuracy and performance of these software’s?

 I also see that original Abbyy, Microsoft, Google prices are very low, how advisable it is to use these services directly instead of going through RPA vendors
