# Can we have access to our database to do some development

Have fully access to database to personnalized our freshservice instance and make BI.

Freshservice definitely has API hooks into the Google environment.  There are also several in-app ways to create automation but you may not be able to modify the data held therein.  API libraries are available (https://api.freshservice.com/) and they are constantly providing updates to the platform.
