# how can I use zoom professionally for counselling online?

What steps shall I take, in order to use zoom professionally for online counselling?

Zoom is great for counseling depending on the nature of your counseling practice. I run a dental consulting service where we meet with dentists once a month. I also run a marketing committee meeting bi-weekly for a local club. Zoom makes meetings effective and efficient.

After logging in to Zoom, you are able to create a session ID to send to your client. You can set an appointment time just as you would if he or she were coming into an office. Zoom allows you to see each other in real-time. You also have the capability to share the screen if there is something you want to show. Also, if necessary, the session can be recorded.
