# What is the best way to manage overall number of visitors?

Right now, we depend on someone manually exporting the entire list of visitors every week into Klipfolio and generating a report. Is there another way we can do this in a simpler way? As it is being done manually it can be quite cumbersome to do weekly.

Have you considered turning on the daily summary notification? It's an option to select when creating/editing your user profile. Proxyclick will automatically email you everyday at the end of a business day a summary of the number of visitors managed, excpected visitors who showed up, visitors who should of checkout by now, and if a host person was selected for each visitor. 

At this time I only see "daily" summary, no customization for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly summary. Also, it is only an email and not a exported excel spreadsheet.
