# get a live customer service available and easy to locate in order to resolve pressing issues with your products

Nobody ever available, no number, I used the "help" option on my android phone gmail account and for a week straight, daily I have sent an issue to get a resolution and not once, not even acknowledgement of receiving my help order, since I cannot email them for help, nor is there a phone number for customer service. Gmail, google and all its entities never have a person to speak to but are clearly making billions of dollars on each person. Google does not care because they are so rich and take for granted that everyone needs to utilize a google service they do not care if a person leaves them,

I Use my gmail on mu phone, within the last 8 days or so now, you cannot delete trash or spam, the option no longer exists so in order to empty either of these folders one has to sign in a computer and delete the trash and empty the spam. I do not andsure many other do not have the time,nor may not have the option to do this.....you should be ashamed of yourself Google for not having accessible staff to assist customer

Hi Lisa, it´s terrible to hear about your experience, when you use the paid versions of Gmail (called GSuite), you do have the opportunity to contact a special helpdesk, or, the option I recommend, buy GSuite through a specialized partner (like www.esourcecapital.com) that gives you direct local support.
