# Do you offer annual discounts for long time members?

If we are using this product continuously, we may get little prizes such as discounts or billing advantages. It would be very nice.

Hi Cihat. Mailchimp primarily uses a monthly subscription model to offer flexibility, allowing you to scale your contact list or change plans at any time without being locked into a long-term contract. While we do offer a 15% discount for users who choose to pre-pay for a year upfront on certain plans, our standard structure remains monthly to ensure you only pay for the capacity you currently need. This approach avoids the rigidity of traditional annual contracts and allows for immediate adjustments if your marketing needs fluctuate throughout the year.

There is a discount when you have 2FA enabled. Not sure though if this discount is still available.
