# Why is texting like Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp not included in the conversational marketing Hubspot is offering?

Hubspot has a very cool conversational marketing tutorial and training, but it lacks of practical use in latinamerican markets which uses Messenger and WhatsApp in daily basis.

This is an excellent question! Have you sent your question to Hubspot directly? I think this should be something they do implement. Hubspot seems to be very open to taking suggestions for future updates.
