# What are others best practices using Dialpad?

I have a image of my business card saved on my laptop. After I call a lead, i send my business card to them as a image file.

This shows I am from an actual company and is extremely useful when calling post-online inquiry They tend to call right back once they realize where I am calling from (since the first time they may not recognize the number)

That's a great way to provide some confidence to the person you spoke to that they just spoke to a real person.

You can call( obviously) , you can text( which is direct) , you cab have multiple departments( different lines for individuals) ...its very user friendly
