# Are you making an update to make it easier to see which calls are coming from which department?

I've noticed with the most recent update all calls look like they are coming directly to me instead of saying the name of the department in front of the number. It would be helpful to see which department the number is calling before answering.

What endpoint are you referring to? I have never noticed this and am a member of multiple groups. Maybe if calls are forwarded to your mobile I could see this being the case, but all the apps like desktop, mobile, Chrome identify the calls well for me to answer appropriately.

This is something I'd like to see as well. In Dialpad ES, you can view each separate leg of the call log, but there's nothing tying the separate logs together. Thus it's very difficult to piece together the full call from logs unless you already know each party. Even then, it's extra work to combine them.
