# How did you guys intend for us to use trello with large products?

I found that it lacked a lot of perspective on what the way to categorize and organize things was intended to be...how did you guys intend for us to use it?

I’ve found for larger launches (service/product/other project), sometimes it is easier to either have 3 separate boards for the main phases and/or be very intentional about the team members assigned to particular cards and lists. Due dates have also been a life saver and connecting it to a Gantt chart can provide a high level overview of the project instead of viewing the whole timeline based on the structure of the individual boards.
