# How do you find the Xpaths using Spy? Do you have any suggestions to developers when they use element properties while developing UI?

The Ranorex spy can be use to track a UI element of interest.  Once tracked, the UI element XPath is shown at the top.  Information about the element including AutomationId is located in the &quot;Overview&quot; or &quot;Advanced&quot; panel on the right side of the tool.

Yes. Thanks for update.  Sometime UI Developers not set the attributes or properties for elements.
