# WebRoot AV is so fast and scans over 7,000 files in like 12 seconds. Is that normal? My old ESET would take at least 30 minutes

Yes, it is normal. Due to the way Webroot "fingerprints" your files and monitors their behaviors, they can scan for new/changes/suspicious activities very quickly.
