# Is there a better way to show the projects you are working specifically and then the notes you have on them? Similar to a folder system?

When you enter in the field of what you're working on is there a better way to state the title of the project you're working on, and then the notes you had on that project. I think this would be easier for the management group to follow what your questions/concerns/successes are throughout a project.

Hi Zach,

Are you referring to your Priorities in your 15Five Weekly Check-in? If so, you can definitely use the main field for the title of your project, then click the comment icon to leave a comment below the field, where you can provide a description.

Let me know if this helps!

Best,
Mike Siemasz, Sr. Customer Marketing Manager at 15Five
