# What is best practice for uploading guest lists and having info appear at OnArrival?

Currently, I have to go to multiple screens to upload and then enter manually. Is that necessary?

If you are using Cvent event management to do your registration, it is all already there for OnArrival.

I concur. We have guests register through cvent if they are coming with an event participant. You can also import a master sheet into cvent prior to utilizing OnArrival.
