# What are the most innovative and pretty examples of using Talent LMS as an online learning platform that you've seen?

Talent LMS allows you to design courses with video, images, etc. So, I'd say the appearance of content is really up to you and your business. Personally, I use our official branded content when creating courses whenever possible and try to follow a standard design protocol so our learners get a consistent look and feel. At the moment, we enroll our new hires in a course we created on Talent focused on people, process, and productivity for onboarding. We have some required security training within that course and the reporting on Talent LMS makes it easy to track completion and also retain that documentation should we need to consult it in the future. In addition, we will be exploring the use of their Zoom integration and ability to calendar live instructor-led training as part of some learning paths on the LMS. Hope this helps!

We are using it in a somewhat basic way but looking to leverage all of the features we can. I too would love some examples!
