# What is the best way to use the screening feature

When you are using the screening feature can you validate their findings? I would like to vet their process but it does not seem like you are able to easily find that information. Tomorrow, the UNC System will kick off our second Employee Engagement Survey; the first was administered two years ago. This confidential survey provides an opportunity for your voices to be heard on important workplace issues and for leadership to understand what progress has been made since our last survey.

We use the screening product on large groups (20 to 200) when we need quick turn around. This maybe new parents, email respondents or a group attending an event.
