# Can anyone explain the "User Timed Out" error I get after attempting to run *any* bot?

The RPA leader of our in-house team was not able to resolve and had never seen it before, but he verified that my bot was configured correctly. My peers had other errors that he was able to solve, but not mine.

are you running this as an attended bot then i take it? Normal timeouts are associated with it not being able to find an element it was trying to interact with. Without running studio in debug it would be impossible for me to give you any more answers.
