# How will I be able to see if someone is giving a good recommendation of me in a company?

In addition to reviews during formal performance reviews, there is also a way to give feedback on-going in lattice. As an employee you can give it publicly or privately to another employee or directly to their manager. You can also request this type of feedback as an employee/manager on-going.

Once all reviews are submitted your manager will share your reviews with you. When your reviews are shared with you, you will be able to read the reviews left from your peers (if applicable) and your management team. Lattice does a nice job of organzing the reviews, and you'll be able to click on each of your reviewers comments individually.
