Hi Angie, thank you for reaching out to us. Zola Suite does not offer standard forms at this time. Users must build their own intake forms or work with one of our experienced consultants to build custom forms for their practice. If you’d like some help setting up your intake forms, our Support team will be happy to assist you.

I believe a Zapier integration is on their road map. My strategy will then be to use a Zap link to populate 'core data' and keep the remaining , very comprehensive, client data in a online forms solution - see sample estate planning forms here https://premiersoftware.com/about-premier-online-forms/ Trying to add too much form data would clutter any law practice system including Zola. The intake can become the basis for a client care 'trust management' system which firms offer clients on an annual retainer subscription.

I would add - the ZolaSuite web forms are fine for most purposes and I have also linked a WordPress/Gravity Forms form to send leads into Zola.
