# CAN I USE KUDOS AT ANOTHER COMPANY? AND WILL I RETAIN MY CURRENT BALANCE NO MATTER WHAT COMPANY I'M AT?

I REALIZE THAT SOME OF THE MERCHANDISE WILL CHANGE, BECAUSE SOME OF THE REWARDS LISTED ARE CHEWY SPECIFIC, BUT IF I WENT TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT USES THIS APPLICATION CAN I MAINTAIN MY PREVIOUS BALANCE TO USE AT MY NEW COMPANY ON THEIR ITEMS?

Hi Francesca, Unfortunately Kudos points are not transferable between companies. I would recommend using up all your kudos before moving on to another company.

Hi Francesca! At the moment Kudos points don't travel between companies so you'll want to make sure you use them up if you do switch to another company 😀
