# Problem with permissions

Hi

When I first had PDF Professional I thought What a wonderful pdf program as opposed to Adobe however recently there have been problems.
I keep going to open pdf files which I have opened with your program only to find an error message saying I do not have permission to open it. This is rubbish as I have permission to open any file on my computer plus when I check I have read and write permission. In the end I have to alter the opening program to Adobe to see my pdf !
Why is this happening ???

If you still have problems, please use Clean My Mac to uninstall all PDF Professional on your Mac, restart your computer, and then download and install again.
