# How do i integrate barcode scanning in Zohodesk.

We have a barcode sticker which is place on the product we get for servicing, refund or replacement which need to directly liked to the ticket &amp; customer details and an auto emailer needs to be pushed once we scan the code.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. We do not have an integration to achieve this yet. Since this requires a device integration and not just an API it is a little tricky to achieve, but we have heard this from a few of our other customers before so we will keep this on our list!
