# What is the  best way to connect our Zendesk with chatsapp now? and best practice for using chat bot

We are trying to connect all Chat application in Zendesk Line Whatsapp WeChat Zalo and Telegram. Also apply chat bot AI with our chat but not by provide related article. We are looking for chat bot that we can build the complicated workflow or can  direct give answer to the customer instead of provide related article.

Nowadays whatsapp is one of the most used tools for instant messaging, so the integration of Zendesk with this would be of great help. The implementation of a Bot to answer the questions would bring great advantages in the automation of the system.
