# What makes this software more efficient?

Relaib for each and ever devices for example alerts, appointment ,class schedule etc etc

What makes the software so efficient is that the workflow can show the project progressing in real time, in order to accomplish this there has to be buy in from all members of the team.  In other words, the team member must update Wrike when there is a change in status of their assigned task.  This accomplishes shorter meetings that discuss only the relevant tasks instead of reviewing tasks already completed.
