# Is there a possibility to organize interviews between clients and candidates???

I’m a headhunter, that’s why I deliver candidate profiles to my clients. Whenever they pick their shortlist candidates for a first round of interviews, we head back into Stone Age of manual back and forth when arranging interviews for them

Calendly would need access to their calendars to coordinate between yours, the candidate, and the potential employer. Short of getting all your clients to use Calendly, my next-best solution would be a tool like a Doodle.com polls, as it allows several people to vote on availability at different times.

The only way that I think you could do this would be to create a separate type of event for your candidates vs. clients. I have done this by creating a new 'team' for the different appointment types we do, then I can filter by 'team'. Hope this helps.
