# How can I color correct multiple footages at the same time?

I have one footage used several times in timeline, how can I color correct single footage and it can apply to all cuts?

Another method, is to create a nested clip/sub clip.  Wherever you copy and paste that NESTED Sequence, and when you change the video file and its color in said Nested Seq. it will update everywhere.  Best of luck!

The easy way is using the tab MASTER CLIP, that is top right on the Lumetri screen. using that you can make the CC for all instances of clip.

You can copy and paste clip effects easily in Premiere as long as the effect you're looking for is already applied to at least one clip on the Timeline.

On the clip that has the effects you want added to everything, Right Click > Copy. That will copy the clip itself, but also the effects, which is what you want. To apply it, select the rest of your clips (CMD+A) and Right Click > "Paste Attributes..."

This will bring up the Paste Attributes dialog box, which governs which effects will be pasted from the clip you copied. The first couple are "Video Attributes" that are applied to each clip: Motion (whether the frame is moved up, down, or scale) and Opacity (the Opacity or Blending Mode of the clip).

Below that will be a subheader with checkboxes for whatever effect you've applied. Customarily, you will see 'Lumetri Color' listed. Make sure it's checked, and hit the blue 'Okay' at the bottom-right of the dialog box.

Voila! You've just applied that one effect to every clip in the timeline. This method also allows you to adjust the parameters of the effect on each clip; should you need to make small changes to one.

Alternatively, if you haven't applied any effect to anything, you can apply a blanket effect to the Sequence itself by selecting all clips (CMD+A) and Right Click > Create Nested Sequence.

This makes all the clips one big 'nested' sequence that displays as a single, continuous clips. From here, just apply whatever effects you like to the Nested Sequence and it will cover all the clips within it.

Color correct one individual clip, and then copy the effect from that clip (lumetri color or whatever color correction effect you are using). Then you can select all the other clips that need the same color correction and paste all at once.
