Klient here — note that Krow PSA is now Klient PSA: same product, same profile, renamed.

External collaboration runs through the customer portal. You choose what each client sees — project status, milestones, task-level progress, shared documents — and they get it in real time rather than in a weekly emailed deck. Approvals happen in the same place, so timesheet, deliverable, and change-request sign-off leaves an audit trail on the project record instead of in someone's inbox.

Because it is all native to Salesforce, what the client sees is the same data your delivery and finance teams work from — there is no second system to reconcile.

The customer portal is included from the Enterprise edition up.

With Customer and Partner Communities you can collaborate externally using Krow and communicate with clients, partners, other service team members, etc. Collaborate and engage directly with customers and partners for project success.  Share project status information,  work directly on projects and tasks, enable partner time & expense entry,  share client invoices and more.
