# Very outdated and focuses too much on the difficult-to-use design view.

They should provide more ease of use because, like me, there are many other customers who will stop using it if it doesn't improve.

What exactly would make this better/easier for you to use? I think providing them detail on what you need to see will help them to create a better user experience.
