# Why can this not be a better software for managed care.

Billing manager 1 had more of managed care functions.  We were forced to billing manager 2 and now we get no help or assistance.

This is not really anything more than a rhetorical question. 'Better' is in the eye of the beholder. If you have specifics of where it lacks, it would be best to address those rather than to make a blanket, generalized statement that cannot be honestly answered.
