# On some websites there is an issue with the paycards being accessible. Is there a fix/work around?

Trying to play a bill with the built in browser with in Keeper. When I go to the party sire, it asks for credit card info. I see the postcard options flash at the top right hand side of the browser but it will not allow me to select it. This is a huge feature that is a great idea... but this is beyond frustrating. It happens when I am using the browser on my smart phone (iPhone).

Hi, Brian!
Our Identity and Payments feature only works for the browser on a desktop computer, not on a browser using your mobile device. A workaround is to use Apple Pay. We hope this information helps!
