For Windows 10, there is no tool to improve performance, but based on my experience is changing from HDD to SSD, M2 SSD performance will be changed.

Best way to quickly and easily improve performance is improve system memory. If you can get more physical memory, that is best. Run only those apps that are needed at any given time and shut them down when not needed, not just minimizing them or sending them to background processing. You can also go into your startup and reduce the number of apps that start up with the system. Reduce the number of apps running in background, waiting on updates or activity; do your own updates and decide when you need the background apps. Reduce the number of open apps, windows & tabs you have open to free up space for things you are actually working on. Make sure you have available storage on disk for swap files and such (try not to have more than 80% of storage used up). Change out your hard disk for a solid state drive, particularly for the drive where Windows lives. Make sure you have Windows updates current. Make sure your power setting are set for performance and not for battery life. Cut back on backgrounds and screen savers that use motion, or intense/photo level graphics; go basic! If you have older equipment, upgrade video card, network card, controllers and other system components so the system is waiting less on I/O or graphics operations. Make sure you have a power supply that can meet the demands of whatever internal and external components are attached to the system; less power = less performance. Keep in mind that Windows is a resource hog and if you really need speed, pick a variety of desktop Linux, instead. Linux will frequently out perform Windows with the same CPU, memory, chipset, etc.

I hope some of these suggestions help.

there are about 10 different apps you can use on windows 10 depending where or what you want to increase or boost. The best bet is to log onto microsoft.com go to windows 10 and click on forum or type in your exact question. You can then give it 24 hours and you will start to get plenty of answers. or you can type you question onto the search bar on the top and it will open several windows. the last option is to tell me exactly what you want to do and send it to me in an email norman@sgmscorp.com and i will try my best to help you .. If you see that your computer is slow and you are working with many applications open, you should close them so that Windows 10 is faster, if the slowness persists restart the computer.

Before changing the PC's configuration, it is necessary to rule out the possibility that the slowdown of the system is not caused by a virus or trojan. Run an antivirus and antimalware software like Malwarebytes Antimalware to eliminate this possibility. There is also the possibility that some drivers for hard drives connected in RAID, SoundBlaster sound cards, and network cards are causing compatibility issues that can lead to delays during startup while Windows 10 tries to initialize them. Update all the drivers for these types of devices on your system. I hope this is helpful. Success.
