# Solving Problem of replication

I would request to know the plans which are put in place to solve the problem of replication conflict which is experienced with MySQL and also plans to scale up MySQL

two solutions :
1. Have Load Balancing to read from multiple servers while write goes to only one server .
2. Explore the option of galera cluster which require load balancing again
