# How can I use Qualtrics Research Core more at my University?

I work in the library at the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. I was wondering how I could use Qualtrics Research Core and put it to use for my college or my project.

I find that there are very few limitations to what I can do with Qualtrics. I look at any process that is currently done on paper or via email. Do you have forms that are not automated? Do you have applications - job applications, requests, etc.? Do you have processes that could benefit from automation (almost all can). Do you have a need for information that you currently aren't collecting? (customer feedback, customer satisfaction, materials wanted)

Qualtrics is great because it's a Do-It-Yourself solution. Your users have total access to the tools. They can build it themselves (or you can build it yourself). You don't have to wait for a "project" or get into a queue for customer design. You can do it yourself.

So what is it you want to get done? Figure out how to improve your work and then see if Qualtrics can help? I'm betting 8/10 times it can!

Does your University have a subscription to Qualtrics. We have faculty who use it for research all the time.
