# Is there an easy way to transfer files between server and viewer computers.  currently i use email.

I think my question is pretty self explanatory, but frequently i need to transfer files between the view and the server

File transfer is built in through the notification tray icon for the server but it is a little awkward to use compared to Windows Remote Desktop where the client devices are discoverable through File Explorer.  I prefer to transfer through shared folders on Dropbox or SyncThing.

This functionality is built into the software. From the toolbar, click on the "Double Arrows" which is for File Transfers. Note that file transfer isn’t available for a Home subscription.
